St Paul's is committed to the development of leadership skills for all students, especially those in Years 5 and 6.

The school has formal, elected leadership positions for Year 6 students. These roles are School Captain and our Colour House Captains.

Students are encouraged to take an active role in the life of the school by contributing in particular areas of interest. There are opportunities to contribute, for example, to Mini Vinnies, as Library Monitors and in the Environment Team.
